The Automatic ASP Series Skin Packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. ASP machines incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/off heaters. ASP/IR models incorporate an automatic retractable radiant heater panel system, controlled by percentage controllers for precise heat distribution. All ASP & ASP/IR skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. An automatic in-feed table with traveling template loader, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire cut-off are all standard. The ASP & ASP/IR Series skin packaging machines can be equipped with a three-stage vacuum system for products with complex shapes. An optional automatic overhead out-feed system is offered. The PLC can be used to advance a customer furnished conveyor to remove finished skin packages from the work area.
