The D-53HE2 Strapping machine is designed to quickly and economically apply horizontal straps to palletized goods and "Gaylord" boxes where automated equipment is too expensive, and hand tools or buckles are too time consuming and cumbersome.
Strapping height is quickly adjusted through the easily operated counterbalance that moves smoothly and effortlessly to the desired strap location.
The innovative pendant switch allows operation of the machine from either side of the load while enabling the operator to control the feeding, tensioning, and sealing of the strap with one hand. Operator control makes positioning of the strap and/or the placement of corner protection an easy task.
The D-53HE2 is an ergonomic and inexpensive solution to the labor intensive placement of horizontal straps.

o Tension can easily be adjusted from low to high with a single dial. In addition, tension mode switch offers standard or high tension mode in order to provide a wider range of tension.

o Only requires 30 seconds to reach operating temperatures.
- HIGH SPEED CYCLE
o Cycle starts immediately after the strap is inserted into the band guide and completes the cycle faster than ever.
- ENERGY CONSERVATION FEATURE
o The motor automatically stops when the machine is idle for a while, and starts again once strap is reinserted into the band guide.
- STRAP SIZES OPTION
o This model can be used with strap widths ranging from 5mm to 15.5 mm.
