The D-53PLT Strapping machine is designed to economically and quickly strap most kinds of pallets and skids using standard or heavier polypropylene strapping. The D-53PLT can cut the time it takes to strap pallets up to by 2/3 when compared to hand tools. Its simple operation entails pushing the track into the pallet void, pressing a button to feed the strap, and inserting the tip of the strap in the machine - and within 2 seconds your strap operation is completed. The D-53PLT's unique design enables to strap pallets as low as 350mm or 14". Arch track is retractable with a hand-crank. The height of the track is also adjustable to two positions depending on the type of the pallet or size of its void. For edge protection insertion, the manual mode can be selected to control strap completion.

- BATTERY OR 110V MAINS OPERATED
o The D-53 PLT is available as both a mains operated and a battery powered machine.
- SMALL & FUNCTIONAL
o Sealing head is located in the right side of the body in order to best utilize the working surface of the table top. Machine body is small and light, easy to maneuver, yet strong and sturdy for heavy packages.
- VARIABLE AND CONSISTENT TENSION
o Tension can easily be adjusted from low to high with a single dial. In addition, tension mode switch offers standard or high tension mode in order to provide a wider range of tension.
- QUICK HEATER
o Only requires 30 seconds to reach operating temperatures.
- HIGH SPEED CYCLE
o Cycle starts immediately after the strap is inserted into the band guide and completes the cycle faster than ever.
- ENERGY CONSERVATION FEATURE
o The motor automatically stops when the machine is idle for a while, and starts again once strap is reinserted into the band guide.
- STRAP SIZES OPTION
o This model can be used with strap widths ranging from 5mm to 15.5 mm.
